A Brief Pause
There are moments when even I must turn my full attention to life beyond this chamber. My mother-in-law has passed, and my father is in hospice. These are tender days, and I will be taking a short break.
This does not mean I have vanished. Your loyalty is still seen, still valued. While you wait, let anticipation work on you and linger in the ache of longing. Trust that I will return to you.
Behave. Be patient. When I return, you will feel my presence all the more sharply for having missed it.
